LED as an explicit customer requirement
The lighting had to mainly fulfil three criteria with regards to customers. Its optical appearance should emphasise the high quality of the brand, store and goods, and also supply brilliant light with very good colour rendering to optimally present brand clothing in the very best light. At the same time and LED solution was an explicit customer specification – due to long system lifespan and low levels of luminaire heat development in the store.

Lighting and control according to shop zones
OSRAM LEDVALUX® were installed for general lighting in the Heraldi for Men store and Lunis® SL-T LED spotlights from the OSRAM subsidiary Siteco set light accents. Differing construction sizes and wattages where used because of the various store zones with differing ceiling heights (2.6 to 4 metres).

All downlights feature a DALI interface and can be controlled via an OSRAM DALI BASIC controller and a 5-scene operating panel, meaning that areas with differing ceiling heights for example can be specifically dimmed. The store was also equipped with a night setting for operation of all downlights with 30% luminous flux.

The adjacent storage room and office were equipped with tried-and-true Siteco® Louvre Luminaire M luminaires and Monsun® damp-proof luminaires.
