Our purchasing conditions are an integral part of our purchase orders unless preceded by a special agreement.
Any purchase order is subject to the exclusive use of the terms herein, the basic purchase agreement where applicable, as well as the attachments and specifications incorporated or attached hereto by the buyer. Said terms, which seller agrees to by acknowledgement of order, commencement of performance or delivery of any item, constitute the entire contract. Terms in seller’s acceptance, which are contradictory or additional to buyer’s terms, will not become part of the contract.
