The process framework shown above describes the OSRAM Opto Semiconductors process landscape at its highest level. Each business process on this level is then further subdivided, on level 2, into process clusters. Related business processes are grouped within these clusters. Detailed process descriptions are readily available on level 3 of our process landscape .

The system defines the tasks and responsibilities of all parties concerned and guarantees the successful implementation and handling of our business processes.

In order to meet our own rigorous expectations of continuous improvement we monitor the performance of our business processes constantly, audit them by internal assessments and perform improvement projects in response to the performance indicators and internal assessments.
