OSRAM receives the Bosch Global Supplier Award
There’s yet another reason to celebrate! On July 13, OSRAM received the Bosch Global Supplier Award 2017. Bosch, the renowned technology and service company, presented the award in recognition of the excellent performance of the Specialty Lighting and Opto Semiconductors business units as reliable suppliers and valued development and innovation partners. Richard Lothholz, Vice President and Global Head of Sales - Automotive Lamps and LED, and Wolfgang Lex, Vice President and General Manager LED, received the award on behalf of OSRAM.

The Bosch Global Supplier Award is presented every two years to the best suppliers. This year, 44 suppliers from eleven countries were honored with the coveted trophies in Fellbach near Stuttgart.
A team comprising representatives of Bosch and the two OSRAM business units, Specialty Lighting and Opto Semiconductors, succeeded in restructuring the complex portfolio and the sales operations for their joint business to achieve greater clarity and greatly simplify the processes. A major improvement that helps Bosch – and us as well of course – to develop this fruitful partnership still further.
