Osram Earns Quality Supplier Award from Visteon Corp.

Over the course of our history, Osram Opto Semiconductors has worked incredibly hard to become a valued and trusted partner of the world’s foremost automobile manufacturers and suppliers. In fact, each year, half of all passenger vehicles manufactured worldwide are equipped with Osram visible and infrared LEDs. So receiving the award of Best Quality Supplier by Visteon Corporation, a global leader in automotive cockpit electronics, is a true honor.

Osram received the award at Visteon’s Strategic Supplier Conference, held on October 17 at the Automotive Hall of Fame in Dearborn, Michigan, USA. Visteon has more than 2,000 suppliers globally and invited its top 60 strategic partners to the conference. Osram was one of 10 suppliers that earned an award at this year’s conference.

The Best Quality Award was presented to Osram in recognition of its strong record of product quality, service and delivery to Visteon. Osram received a crystal award with an embedded 3D image of two hands clasped in a handshake—symbolizing the mutual cooperation and partnership between the two companies. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with Visteon even further in the years ahead.
